Poor 'candidate experience'. I interviewed for this post and didn't even receive a phone to tell me the outcome and provide feedback. After a period of delay I received an email at 11pm at night telling me the role went to an internal candidate, that was it.
If that is how their HR recruits for roles in their own function, what does it say about the company? Also, receiving this type of communication at 11 at night indicates poor work/life balance.
