I applied online. I interviewed at Kantar in Apr 2022
Interview
The initial round was with the recruiter, followed by a teammate, followed by a panel-style interview that included reviewing a data set. It was very informal and casual. The recruiter made the experience enjoyable.
I am glad that I was not provided with an offer as even if I was, I would have not accepted it. The people I interviewed with were all friendly but I can sense that the 3.4 star reviews seems pretty accurate. The average tenure at this company is 3.4 years which isn't long. Again, with other Glassdoor reviewers, their pay is on the lower end, but as expected for any research company.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kantar in Jul 2021
Interview
Great process that unfolded in a reasonable sequence of events. The case study was widely open to interpretation. The process was transparent. The use of TEAMS was troublesome as you can only see one person at a time when screen sharing.

I only spoke to the company recruiter by phone but it was one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had in just 10 minutes. The interviewer sounded uninterested in my experience, even though my background aligned with the role. They seemed rushed to get off the phone without an opportunity for me to ask any questions. While I respected Millward Brown prior to this, I no longer have an interest in working for the company and plan to decline any follow ups.
