i had a basic phone screen with someone on the HR team and never heard back after multiple follow ups. i’m not sure if the position was ever filled or not.
Varios casos tipo assesment. Mucha presión y varios candidatos compitiendo. Competitividad extrema que tal vez no sea lo más sano. Es un proceso largo y no se tiene mucha claridad de lo que está pasando.

Interview
Had an interview set. 3 minutes before, she messaged me and asked to reschedule. We set a date and time then she no-showed. No response. No communication. Nothing. Would have been nice to receive some sort of communication. Even if the position had been filled, we are professionals. I felt like I got stood up on a high school date. Ghosted
