Kantar Senior Analyst interview questions

The Kantar interview process will begin with a filtering phone call, to see if there's a match (at least on paper). Upon passing that stage and usually preliminary pre-hiring tests, you will then be invited to one or more face to face interviews with employees from the HR department all the way up through the hiring managers and beyond (depending on the seniority of the position).

First I had an online aptitude test. Then one round of interview happened. It went well. Few days later I got a call that said I was selected for the interview and asked when I can be available from and my college grades will be released. Then I got one more call after 20 days and was asked the same question. This time I was told that they would contact me after 2-3 days to give the final confirmation. I waited for one week. But they did not call me. Then I called them to ask if there is any update. She told that since you did not contact me earlier so she had to pass the offer to someone else.. like wtf.. The experience was so unprofessional and poor.
