I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaplan
Interview
I received an email requesting that I complete a short audition within a few days of submitting my application. The flexibility of the process is nice - you can do things on your own time. The audition and subsequent interviews are fairly time-intensive, though. I participated in a video chat interview and was invited to complete the next step but I chose not to continue with the process because the timing of training and when I would actually be working wasn't a good fit.

Question 1
If you've never taught before be prepared to discuss (1) why you want to teach and (2) what abilities and skills you have that will make you a good teacher.
Composed of two parts, an initial review and a screening. The screener was very nice and helpful. I received an offer within two business days after completing my screening interview.

Interview
It was easy. Explaining a concept to an interviewer. Explaining a basic LSAT question and going through it like you would with a student. Mock explanation and running through the answer choices together.

Great experience! Recording of teaching followed by real-time interview. Very straightforward; designed to ensure you can teach clearly and are easy to work with. I enjoyed participating in this interview (and went on to enjoy teaching here).
