Interview
There are three separate "interviews." The first is a video audition (~2 min). The second is an interview with a current tutor; you have to teach him or her a few problems and answer some questions. The third interview is with a hiring manager, and that covers more of your educational and previous work experience.

Interview
You have to go through several online interviews. The questions involve them asking about you as a person and your teaching philosophy. Then you have to mock-tutor one of them by going through the questions and explaining it. They will tell you after each question what you could have done better and what you did well.

Question 1
What would you do if the student didn't understand the question?

Interview
There was a three-part process: an initial phone screen, an audition on a topic of my choice, and then an in-person interview. Once accepted, I then had a 6 week training program. The presentation was on any topic of my choice and presented to a group of teachers and other candidates; another applicant discussed the best way to cook bacon. It was good preparation for the training program since it was also presentation-heavy.
