Interview
Interview consists of one teaching presentation and interview with academic manager. If you look confident in front of the audience, and are qualified to teach the exams through your own test scores, you have the job.
Told to teach a lesson, was given lesson plan to do. Need to guide 3 students through a lesson, one person did not get it. Interviewer acts as the 3 students. kind of tripped me up when she went through them.

Had a pleasant interview process. The whole thing was quick and timely, finished all three parts of the interview process within 4 weeks. Everyone was very friendly, and the whole interview process was online, which was pretty convenient for me.
