      Network Engineer Interview

      Apr 9, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya in Feb 2026

      Interview

Initial interview with HR with the usual HR interview questions. Then I asked the interviewer, why not just send those profiles that have matching skills and experience to the hiring manager so that they can select themselves who they like so that we do not waste our time that will be more efficient to both sides rather than in the end you send lots of profiles and the the hiring manager is picky and they all end up rejected. The answer was AI because apparently with the advent of AI there are lots of fake candidates so they like to setup video interview with them to weed out fraud candidates. Fair enough however it still could be done efficiently by doing initial HR offline screening, then send to hiring manager who selects who they want, then HR conducts the video interview then they proceed with the interview with the hiring manager so in that way less wasted time and more efficient.
