I went through four interviews only to be ghosted. As a woman in tech, I was initially very excited about this opportunity. Each round was pretty easy/simple enough...as they seem pretty desperate to hire AMs. But after the final interview, which was just a formality, they ghosted. There were other red flags with the company, too. Seemed like an aggressive culture . Alright, you don't want to hire me in the end. At least have the courage to let me know. Fortunately, I accepted a role elsewhere with much better pay + benefits.
