I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kaseya (Miami, FL) in Jun 2024
Interview
Once your application is picked, a recruiter will reach out to you. This recruiter is your recruiter through the entire interview process. You will go through 2 to 3 interviews before they decide if they want to move forward with you. The recruiter is suppose to prep you for the interviews but in my case there wasn’t any preparation. The first interview is to get a feel of your work experience, what you know about the company, and to inform you about the position you’re applying for. The second interview, the gentlemen I spoke with came off very cocky and didn’t seem to care much at all about anything I said. He asked me a serious of questions that he probably got off of chat GBT. Although there wasn’t a wrong answer there was most definitely a right one. If you don’t say what he want’s you to say then you can forget getting hired here.
Although the opportunity to work here is great, they waste your time with multiple interviews just to give you a generic response that someone else better matches what they’re looking for.
Funny thing is, the first guy I interviewed with said he hired someone that had no sales experience what so ever, and had okay sales numbers the first two years working there. So clearly they’re willing to hire people they know that have hardly any experience, versus people who have direct experience in the sales industry.
I would say the interviews themselves are not difficult if you’re comfortable doing interviews and selling yourself. Of course any interview is nerve wrecking when you’re looking forward to getting hired. I hate to say this but as a female, trying to get hired into the account manager position didn’t seem very common. Most of the sales floor was filled with men. Now could it be that women just don’t want to work in sales at Kaseya or they’re just not hiring as many women to work in sales at Kaseya.
Based on what the first interviewer said and the two guy friends I know that work as account managers, this company seems sexist.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First interview:
1. Why do you want to work at Kaseya?
2. What do you know about Kaseya?
3. Tell me about your work experience? (Review of resume)
Second interview:
1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya (Norwalk, CT) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
