I was initially contacted by Kayseya recruiter on LinkedIn. Recruiter was quite insistent that I was a strong candidate for a role. We set a date and time for a screening conversation later that week. Afternoon before the conversation, recruiter sends a LinkedIn message that I must give 5 to 10 minutes on the phone THAT afternoon. I had back to back appointments that afternoon so I responded that I was unable but still looked forward to conversation next day. No response from recruiter.
Next day, recruiter is a no show for our interview.
I already had concerns before this - based on my own research about the role/company. The recruiter's attitude, tone, and unprofessional behavior confirmed my hunch and I have since blocked recruiter on LinkedIn.
Let this story be a warning to those considering any role at this company.
