Kaspersky interview questions

I applied online in early September through Linkedin at night and the following day was promptly approached by a recruiter asking to share timeslots. I shared the timeslots and the response came only after 5 business days, the initial cv screening call was scheduled for 7 days after the first contact. (I should've expected what was coming after that...). 12 days after the initial call, I had to follow up because I had no update for the next steps, 21 business days after the call they replied to schedule the next round with the hiring manager 2 days later. The interview with the hiring manager was a little bit weird because instead of focusing on the actual knowledge and skillset of the candidate, they were focusing on what you had done and accomplished in your last/current role (you need to be emphatic on that because if someone is applying for jobs they surely have a personal reason for that, it's not nice to keep pushing about a bad thing instead of test the actual skill or how valuable this person could be to your team). This call was in mid-October and I've been completely ghosted by them ever since.
