She didn't ask much about my work history and it seemed like she hadn't even looked at my resume. Regardless, I thought the interview went really well, and she commented that she thought we had a great talk and she would get back to me in about a week to discuss "next steps." A week later, never heard from her. Contacted the recruiter and he told me she was going to continue interviewing. No contact after that.
