Kearfott Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

I had an on-site interview. They explained a lot about what they do/their product and how they are looking to improve. We then discussed my experience and applicable skills. Finally, we toured around their manufacturing facility and I met and heard more about the manufacturing day-to-day from a few other employees.
