Interview
First round was 45 minute behavioral interview and a 45 minute case interview. The second round was two 45 minute behavioral interviews and one 90 minute case presentation. The case presentation was rather complicated with a number of complications in cost structure and revenue streams.

Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.

The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is

1st round (1st and 2nd interview) - Behavioral + Case each, 60 mins each with ~20 mins case and ~40 mins case
2nd round - 1 hr Behavioral and 1 hr case (got over in much less time)
