I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied through campus career center. The process took a 2-3 weeks and was very professional.
First Round: Over the phone, one case and one behavioral. Both people were very nice and professional, and made sure to make you feel comfortable during the interview.
Final Round: In office, 2 cases one behavioral. Everyone in the Chicago office was very welcoming, and tried to relax the candidates who were interviewing. Behavioral was more of a conversation rather than being grilled by classic behavioral questions, and the cases were a bit more qualitative. Not really sure if this is consistent across all interviewers at AT Kearney.
