Applied 1 year ago. Received a confirmation email for the interviews. After being ghosted for almost 1 year, they got back to me for a short 15 min Speed Date on Teams.
Didn't got selected for the interviews for no specific reason. If you check on LinkedIn, all the employees in Milan are all Italian, and they do not like foreigners to work there.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.

- written case at office, about 1.5 hours - time to prepare & present an Excel & Powerpoint
- partner interview online at the end of it
