8 entretiens Partners pour des entretiens individualisés avec étude de cas. Beaucoup de tentative de vendre la cabinet avec des éléments qui se sont avérés inexacts par la suite. Des promesses non tenues ensuite en termes de rémunération (bonus, type de voiture)
Entretiens assez faciles. Interlocuteurs sympathiques (mais ils choisissent ceux qui voient les candidats). Locaux corrects. Quartier sympa. Personne très sympa au téléphone pour l'accueil. Je comprends qu'ils perdent beaucoup de consultants qui n'en peuvent plus du rythme et des tensions internes alors ils font beaucoup d'effort pour recruter.
Discussions sympathiques, agréables. Pas de question personnelle.
