I applied in-person. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Very relaxed and down to earth. The office manager was very supportive and encouraging but very honest. Met the support staff and they explained the whole KW concept and how to succeed. Invited me to sit in on a couple of staff meetings to see what it was like and make my decision after that.

Interview was very quick and casual. They asked me the expected questions: “where do you see yourself in 5 years” “what do you want to accomplish with real estate” and questions like this. They hire you on the spot
