Kelly Administrative Assistant interview questions

I went into the office in a neighboring town and was given an interview there with a personnel director to discuss my cv, relevant experience in the field, and qualifications.

On Phone initial interview. Went over resume and description of position. Was under impression was a full time role but it was on contract through kelly. Was a simple and direct interview. Benefits are not competitive.
