I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kelly (Troy, MI) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very easy and fun interview process via Skype or FaceTime. The interviewer was easy to talk to, very friendly and acted like he genuinely liked working for the company as well.
Interview was supposed to last 15-20 minutes; mine lasted almost 1 hour. We just really hit it off conversationally. He offered me the position contingent upon a clean background passing, at the end of the call. I have absolutely nothing derogatory on my background so I was excited to have gotten the job on the spot.
Interview questions [1]

Interview
It was a virtual interview . We did roll play with some apple related technical issues and I waked the interviewer through finding resolutions to the different scenarios. She proceeded to probe about my experience and knowledge on the manufacturer and different personality types of potential customers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kelly (Houston, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
I filled out the online application, which was immediately followed by a pretty long aptitude test. I know some people have filled out the application and never got to the aptitude test, because they didn't meet the qualifications. I got a phone call a couple of days later saying I had qualified for a Skype interview and I had to log back into the job application and pick my time. After scheduling my Skype time, which has to be held in your home office, I had my interview and got hired at the end. It is an interview you want to prepare for, mine took about 20 minutes. They will ask you long answer questions. The next day I got an e-mail regarding the hiring process, and yes, as others have said, the i9 process is a little time consuming but it's nothing too complicated. After I finished the i9, I got an email saying I start my training next week.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kelly (Canton, NC) in Jun 2016
Interview
Hands down one of the easiest interviews I've ever had.
I had an interview within hours of my application, and scheduled it for a time convenient to me.
We interviewed over FaceTime, and it was done in less than 15 minutes. They told me immediately, that I had the job.
If you do choose to interview with Kelly Services for a virtual at home advisor position, be warned that they will have you show them the room you'll be taking calls in to ensure that it's free from distraction (quiet, no kids, etc)
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
They asked me to tell them more about the area I live in.
They asked what my understanding of the position was, if I knew it was a contract with Apple, and what my opinion would be regarding working with Apple Products.
