After the emails, I had a phone interview which was brief, to-the-point, and successful. It seems like they hire anyone, the real difficulty is in landing a contract with a business that Kelly Services hires out to. I landed a contract with Xerox Corp. And, working for Xerox was more of a skills based trial period. I lasted the entire project and was moved to quality control the first day. The industry really uses your performance on a job as whether you will get more opportunities.
