Initial phone screening with one person, talk about resume, and set up in-person interview. An in-person interview occurred shortly thereafter with two people, and the offer was presented in the same week. The onboarding paperwork/process is all online, but it is tedious.

Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
