Interview
Interview process was so fast! Applied on a Thursday evening, interview on Friday with the hiring manager, the second interview was with her supervisor on Tuesday, and I had a verbal offer within 1.5 hours. It was very casual and laid back. My internal recruiter at Kelly (Mathew) was with me step-by-step and was SUPER helpful at guiding me through the process and keeping me informed.

Very informal interview, it seemed more like a conversation with was nice rather than some interviews where you feel like you're in front of a firing squad - HM (Susan) asked me how I got into recruiting (I'm guessing because my path wasn't really traditional) and then what types of roles I was familiar with sourcing/placing.
Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.

So easy and excellent, I’d enjoyed the interview! I can’t wait to start!! There was only 1 phone interview and then the offer with a very good salary base and benefits
