I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kelly (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2020
Interview
Phone interview, they are always looking for translators, high stress job, calls wont stop coming in, no time to go washroom. Is underpaid and stressing. Somehow a great job to start your carreer in Canada because its easy to get in
The interview process was quick and easy, over the phone. Was reached out to quick by email, and recruiter was easy to reach. Had no issues with this at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
We mostly talked about availability, their shifts did not match mine.
Also, though they're promoted as part time friendly, their training is right during normal work hours. So at least to start with, this doesn't work as a second job, only as a main.
Recruiter was friendly and straight forward, which I very much appreciated.
The interviewer is nice, responds to questions as much as they could. Questions asked are Tell me about yourself and long term plans. The connection could be better because for a couple seconds I was not able to hear clearly.
It was a phone interview. The interviewer was extremely nice. Most of the questions were normal and straight forward. After the phone interview, you will need to do a language assessment.
