Kemper Claims Adjuster interview questions

I was contacted via email for a phone screening interview very recently. The HR rep was extremely condescending and felt more like an interrogation versus trying to get to know me and my qualifications for the position. Typically, in all phone interviews Ive had, background is given and the job description. I was already prepared with this information, however, the entire interview was her passively aggressively scolding me for wanting to leave my current job. At one point she stopped me and said "well I'm just gonna get straight to it, what are your salary expectations?" This is an odd question for a screening however, I answered. The interview literally laughed and said "you have no experience, that pay is for more qualified candidates. maybe if you had 3 years under your belt, but you would start at this salary and I'm sure thats not what your looking for" It almost felt like she didn't want me to qualify for the job from the beginning. If this is any indication of the type of people you have working for your company Kemper, I want no parts. I politely ended the interview as it was a clear waste of my time.

I had an interview with two managers. They were both seasoned Claims managers. They explained the job and all it entails. They took me around the office to see how everything is laid out. I was called later in the week with an offer. I had to take a drug test and have a background check.
