1. Phone Screen by HR Hiring Manager. 2. One on one interview with Customer Service Manage, very laid back behavioral interview. 3. One on one interview with supervisor and skills testing same day, felt the supervisor interview was more a formality and decision already made to hire if skills tests and background clear. Skills test was very basic. If you can't pass you have no chance of doing the job, don't stress over it. You must pass a state Property and Casualty Lincensing exam. You will go through a week long rigorous course just designed to have you pass the exam. If you do not pass on the first attempt you will get to attempt the exam again. If you do not pass the second time you no longer have a job. This is the hardest part of the process. They do everything they can to get you to pass the state licensure exam, but some fail. I applied the end of January 2008. Phone interview was end of February, next week was 1st interview, the week after 2nd interview and skills test and week after that was offered. Background check paperwork given at that point to complete. Background check is thourough and you need employment history, address history, etc.... for last 10 years.
