Kepler has a very thorough interview process. I had an HR screening, then another phone interview with someone in the position, then went in for an in person. The first in person was three 30 minute interviews. The first was answering behavioral questions. The second was going through campaign results and analyzing the data. The third is describing a target audience for a brand of your choice and ultimately choosing from several types of media channels the best way to divide up a digital media budget. The final interview is a 5 minute presentation on a topic of your choice to showcase analytical and presentation skills. Again this in person was split into three 30 minute interviews. The first is the presentation. The second was more behavioral questions about why Kepler and also going through how to market to brand of your choice. I was asked to define the target audience and then the best mediums to reach this target audience at each stag of the marketing funnel. The third interview of the day is more behavioral questions with a lot of room for questions.
Kepler's HR team does a great job of following up and keeping you informed of next steps. I never had to go longer than a day or two to hear back from someone.
