30 minute phone interview about 1 week after I applied, then received an offer to go to their office for a second round of interviews. The whole process took about 3 1/2 weeks and I received news that I had not been selected about a week after the interview at their office.

Had one screen with HR and thought it went well. Claimed to fill the opportunity soon. And I would here back. Followed up and no word. Has anyone gone through this as well?
A phone interview with a member of HR and an in person panel style interview with four employees in the department the position is in and then two weeks before hearing if I received an offer or not.

What is your understanding of the daily operations of this position?
I met the hiring manager in the first round and the whole team in the second and third rounds. Asked my experience in the resume as well as the technical questions.
