Interview
You take an online assesment, then do a phone interview, then interview with your local branch manager. Very easy interviews but i felt like the process took quite a long time just for a bank teller role. The background check took a long time as well. No negotiation on pay. All questions were behavioral, i would point out to emphasize you have cash handling experience. The branch manager that interviewed me seemed to emphasize the importance of this.

Pretty standard recruiter interview followed by in person.
In person looks for body language, confidence, conversation skills. We will be treated well unlike Wells Fargo. I had a panel interview me. They do ask about existing offers. We have to be honest.

It was a very easy and simple process. Just be yourself and everything will work out. They will ask you lots of questions about yourself and your work ethic. Make sure you know your worth
