My process consisted of three interviews. One was basically behavioral questions. "What was a time where you had to overcome a challenge" . "When was a time where you had something tragic happen and how did you prevail" . The second interview was a role play event which was easy but it depends on how you are able to improvise. Third interview was more so about the company and what you can bring to them.

Pretty standard recruiter interview followed by in person.
In person looks for body language, confidence, conversation skills. We will be treated well unlike Wells Fargo. I had a panel interview me. They do ask about existing offers. We have to be honest.

In person interview then phone interview . Takes about 2-3 weeks to hear from them and get the job. The pay is non negotiable no matter how much experience you have

It was a very easy and simple process. Just be yourself and everything will work out. They will ask you lots of questions about yourself and your work ethic. Make sure you know your worth
