Basic questions for the most part. They covered Strengths and weaknesses, past experiences, walked them through my resume. Nothing to crazy! I was asked to describe a difficult management experience and how I dealt with it - for the most part it was all common sense stuff.

Interviews throughout day went well until my final interview with one of the people I would report to (I would have had dual reporting lines to "old" commercial banking division and Investment banking.

How did I think I could get commercial banking arm to recognize and refer opportunities to the investment banking department - how did I do it at Citigroup?
