I first received a phone call from a recruiter and he invited me to an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a panel interview. Three individuals were present and one was over the phone. They each took turns describing there role within the organization followed by briefing me on the specific needs of the business for the specific role they were seeking to fill. Then they asked me a series of questions to gauge my technical and problem solving skills. The people were very friendly and I didn't feel pressured to any degree during the interview.
