KeyBank Personal Banker interview questions

I was recruited by a current employee at Key Bank. They gave my name to their Area Retail Manager, who passed it along to Human Resources. A recruiter called me to do a quick phone interview, and then a few days later I interviewed the the Area Retail Manager. It was a formal, but not too stuffy interview at one of the branch locations. It lasted about 40 minutes, with a lot of open ended questions. The day after my interview, I got a call from Human Resources with an offer. The whole process was quick and efficient.

Within a few days of applying I was contacted to complete a phone interview. The phone interview lead to an in person interview which is where the waiting begins. After a few sent emails and 3 weeks of waiting, I still have yet to hear from the manager. This is after I was told a decision would be made midweek the following week... Twice. Still... I wait, if not for anything but a conclusion to the process begun.
