It a long process including 6 rounds of interviews with hr first than various managers who look for improvement. You get roleplays on each round and get some comme ts how it went and if you are able to implement the comme ts you are good to go.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.
