Video interview, in person interview with mechanical exam then they sent a personality exam with logical reasoning. The video was very basic about 5 questions, ie. why do you want to go into sales, what is something you have championed for recently etc. The face to face interview was as expected - ran through the CV, asked why sales, asked about some work experience, asked how you work with targets.
