Interview
Seems unusual. Up front phone screening done by 3rd part people who cannot answer questions about the company; however, the person talking to me was very friendly, making it a good experience.
An automated HireVue interview follows the phone interview. This is followed by a personal assessment test. Passing this then gets you a face to face interview with the hiring manager.
To get the initial phone interview, you need to pass the Bennett Mechanical Assessment. It is worth spending the time to practice for this online exam.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
