I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keyence in Oct 2022
Interview
They call you up for an information session and then immediately afterwards, you are asked to complete a Hirevue (digital interview) where we had to answer 5 questions and were given 3 minutes each per question. The questions were fairly straightforward and I feel that I did well however I was not chosen to move past this step.

Question 1
Introduce Yourself. What do you look for in a new career opportunity?
The interview can be broken down into three parts. The first part of the interview explains all of the details the job entails and what the potential onboarding process is like, the second part is you asking any questions you have about the job, and the third part is normal interview questions.

Question 1
How would the company benefit from having you be a part of the team?
Very broad and I did not feel like prepared me well at all for their interview process. The Hirevue interview was disconcerting and not a good way for me to feel confident in my interview response.

Question 1
"Sell a product for one of the positions you have worked"
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Keyence (Houston, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty informative and straightforward. First, the company hosted a webinar with a panelist describing the company and the position itself, as well as answering and all questions the potential candidates might have had. They sent a link attaching an assessment which is essentially a digital interview. You are asked 5 questions, and with a maximum of 3 minutes per question, you record yourself answering each question. After you've completed this step, the recruiting team informs you of the next steps.
