Apply online, then you go to an informational session, this is followed by recorded interview, if your recorded interview is selected you then get an in person final interview. Overall not a crazy hard interview process
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Keyence (Mississauga, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
was online, then in-person mock sales pitch. Was good but a lot of people interviewing as well as other applicants waiting . Overall was fine but felt a lot more pressure compared to other interviews.
I went thru the fast track from a career fair at my college but ultimately didn't get the position, but the process was good and pretty short. We first had a phone call and then a virual interview
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Keyence (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Had my first interview at a job fair and then was flown to Chicago to complete the next interview. Stayed at a nice hotel and met good people. Role play wasn't as hard as I expected. The interview portion feels a little bit like an interrogation.
