I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence in Jan 2016
Interview
Entire process took about 2-3weeks. I was contacted by a recruiter, then scheduled for an amptitude exam, Bennet mechanical aptitude test. This was easy , once you have a general knowledge of science/ physics or just common sense, you would succeed. This was followed by a brief phone interview, where you are asked basic questions. You then move to the next stage of the Hirevue interview process, which is also easy for persons with good presentation skills. After completing these stages, you are asked to complete a personality exam. This is where I stopped. The exam itself is very tedious, but I think it's best to answer logically. However, they seem to be looking for something very specific and it's rather unfortunate that after dedicating so much time and effort into the interview process, you simply receive an automatically generated email. Also, while the process is efficient, I think the personality test should be done earlier, since that is what ultimately decides if you get a face to face interview or not.
Definitely felt like I wasted my time.
