I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Keypath Education (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2017
Interview
After applying through the company website, I received an email questionnaire. It was somewhat lengthy, but not difficult to complete. The turn-around time was quite tight, as I was given only 24 hours to respond. Following that was an online Skype interview, and then a call back for an in-person/Skype interview (as they had interviewers from various locations included). For the most part, questions were fairly standard and easy to answer. There were many scenario based questions - what would you do if...? I found the people in the interview very friendly and easy to connect with, and am disappointed that I will not have the opportunity to work with this team.
I submitted an application online, had a phone interview, and then a group interview. They had a very quick turnaround to responding to my applications and phone interviews. I showed them some things that I've built and also my current website and Github account.

Question 1
What challenges did you face working with SME's in the past?
I applied online. I interviewed at Keypath Education (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2017
Interview
Two phone interviews and then silence. Had to complete multiple levels of application including essay questions with 24hr turn around. After the complex process and multiple phone interviews, no more contact. Not even a thanks but no email. Just silence. A bit inconsiderate.
