The interview process I experienced with Keypath was one of the best I have ever had. After submitting my application, I was contacted via email by an HR Representative and was asked to answer some relatively general questions about my professional experience and personality. About a week later, I was contacted for a formal interview that was all done through Zoom due to COVID. I interviewed with two of the Associate Directors and two current Placement Specialists. Everyone took turns asking interview questions. Despite being remote, I felt very comfortable with this type of “panel” interview process. Within the week, I was contacted and asked to set up a Zoom interview with the VP of Placement, which was one of the best connections I have felt with an interviewer. Within 2 days, I was contacted by HR and was offered the position. I appreciated the steady communication and follow-up throughout this entire process.
