Interview invitation was sent to me with a WebEx link. There was an option for camera so I assumed that’s what I needed to use, but the interviewers were not prepared for camera, so it was awkward. The questions were very basic and it was clear to me they did not read my resume. They were very polite, just seems disorganized.

Interview
Went through multiple rounds of interviews with management, director and technical people. The experience was quite informal every time and happened online and in-person. I haven't visited the office once. Overall impression was good. Ended up not getting an offer.

Interview
A director headhunted me on LinkedIn. After the CV screening interview, I was told to prepare an in-person presentation about the industry and my approach to the role. Questions about myself and my presentation were asked.
After all of that, I followed up a few times but never heard back from them at all. No email, no call, nothing.
