Easy, easy, easy, east, eady, easy. I first applied online and then met on site with the regional manager. I was then called in for a meeting with the owners. I then received the offer.

Interview processes was very quick but a little informal. Be sure to ask for salary and benefits upfront. Each center is different, and some have hardly any benefits. Connect with the owner if possible as the regional managers can not help much with salary or benefits.
