Applied online, got a email same day, set up phone interview, then set up an in person interview.
The director was nice and asked simple questions, the other person who interviewed me was rude, antagonizing, and asked about 50 questions that weren't relevant I almost got up and left during the interview becasue of how repetitive and unneseccary some of her questions were. Just by having the interview I knew I didn't want to work there. It was awkward and uncomfortable not a good start to the hiring process management .

Interview
In person interview. Went to the location directly and it was behavioral. The process went smoothly and everybody was so welcoming and made me comfortable. It was half hour process.
I was called in for an interview after submitting my resume. I met with the director and owner for discussion and then was asked to go into a few classrooms for a working interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kiddie Academy in Apr 2020
Interview
The interview was a great experience as the director and owner made me feel welcomed. They made me feel great not feel under pressure. I enjoyed this interview due to my opening up about my skills and why I want to work for the company.
