I applied for this position online. About a week after applying, I was invited via email to sign up for self-recorded video interview. Interview was about 5 questions long and you had 3 minutes to deliver your answers. This method was extremely impersonal and awkward. Conveys the distinct feeling that the company is interested in processing applicants more than investing in their candidate pool.

Made me feel at ease, answered all my questions. They asked me good questions to get to know me. Was invited back for second interview with Director and they made me feel at ease.
