I immediately got a call for an interview that same week that I applied, and the woman doing the interview was very rude and sounded like she was having a bad day.

On the day of the interview, dress appropriately and arrive early, calm and mentally prepared. Bring a list of references if you did not already include them in the resume you submitted. And, most importantly, don’t forget to relax and be yourself.

Why do you want to work in underground construction?
This position I applied for was online. After applying online I was invited via email for a 30 minute one-on-one interview . I was asked 5 questions in which some of the questions were about my past work experience that was listed on my resume.

They took my 2 interviews, one at career fair and other at their location... The total process took 3 months for rejection.. in between they don't even reply to single mail. On telephone, they answer me that it's in process only. After 3 months process I got rejection without knowing anything..
I feel if they are rejecting then they should inform the candidate as early as possible.
