I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Fort Collins, CO) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interviewer had multiple students scheduled one right after another and little time to really get a sense of someones capabilities. The interview went pretty poorly. When I said I was interested in renewable energy and that I had seen wind and solar projects on their website, she pretty much laughed and said this isn't the right company for that industry. Towards the end of the interview, she instructed me to fill out an online survey to move to the next stage which would be followed by another in-person or phone interview. There seemed to be a lot of steps to jump through and it didn't seem worth it in the end. Multiple people had gave me horrible feedback about working for them.

Interview
well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.

Very fast and very professional. Answered all my questions and asked good sound questions from me. Explained the expectations of the job & told me exactly how the hiring process would go
