They were pretty straightforward with at least three one-on-one interviews, back to back with fellow Engineers (not HR for once!) The interviewers were extremely friendly and we got to here about some of the experiences from some of the newer employees of the company before our interviews which served as great insight.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
