The interview process for an entry level is more of a compatibility quiz. They ask behavioral questions to get a feel for your communication skills and if you’d be a good fit for the team. No technical questions at my interview

They asked about previous internships and what type of work exposure I had in this field.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Lenexa, KS) in Feb 2019
Interview
Talked with them at a university career fair and got an interview. Did well during that interview with an HR representative. I was then flown out for a final interview with two managers. Each interview lasting around 45 minutes each.
